We're seeking a dynamic Paid Media Specialist to spearhead a brand-new Paid Media team, focusing exclusively on Google Ads and PPC campaigns. As an integral member of this growing agency, you'll be responsible for driving client performance goals, managing budgets, and exceeding growth targets across a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Client Performance: Take ownership of client portfolios, ensuring the achievement of performance goals and KPIs.
  2. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across client accounts, delivering optimal ROI and hitting growth targets.
  3. Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients through weekly reports and presentations, driving continuous improvement and value.
  4. Proposal Development: Craft compelling client proposals to unlock incremental spend opportunities and drive account growth.
  5. Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors to stay ahead of industry trends, drive innovation, and implement best practices.
  6. Workflow Efficiency: Implement and refine efficient workflow processes across account portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  7. Campaign Oversight: Monitor campaign performance, conduct QA checks, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure campaigns deliver as expected.
  8. Resource Management: Proactively identify and address resource-related issues, proposing solutions to maintain operational excellence.
  9. Performance Tracking: Provide accurate updates on client performance against KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decisions.
  10. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging strategies, and new features to leverage across client portfolios, sharing insights internally with the Search team and broader agency.
Experience Requirements:
  • Client-Facing Experience: 1-2 years of experience working directly with clients, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on managing multiple accounts.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Looker to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Channel Expertise: Experience with Youtube, Discovery, or Display advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, adept at drawing insights and forming data-driven arguments.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Automation Mindset: Proven ability to leverage automation and efficiency tools to streamline workflow processes.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team environment and proactive in sharing ideas and insights.
  • Solutions-Focused: Proactive and solutions-focused, with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
